Sharath‘s pioneering vision is to convert the Dream into Reality of next generation Infrastructure with his immense experience in the field of Construction Industry, experimenting with concrete and steel structure for optimisation without losing the aesthetic beauty of complex projects making him one of the desirable consultant in the industry.
Understanding the clients need and fulfilling the project need with his team with lot of research and collaborating with the right people and doing the reconnaissance survey followed by Design, Project Management, Material Procurement Management and Construction Management with Detailed Design Engineering has been his success route.
He has worked in sectors of Construction Industry and Design Industries like NCC, M/s Structures and so on after his academics in B.E (Civil Engineering) and M.E (Pre stressed concrete) from U.V.C.E college, Bangalore University.
He started M/s Design Aid Structural Consultancy firm and was one of the Director in companies Aren Matrix Engineering Pvt. Ltd. and FabPro Infra Tech Pvt. Ltd.
He has experience of Designing & Execution of Residential projects of G+25, Complicated Steel structures, PEB buildings, Shoring and Deep foundations like Pile Foundation, Restoration and Retro fitting works, Institutions and Hospitals, Culverts and Sky walk, Cross Passage for Metro Station.
Expertise
- Has great hold on standard design software’s like STAAD-Pro, SAP 2000, STRUDS and ETABS etc.
- Has done research on Self compacting concrete.
- Has been indulged in guiding B.E and M.Tech students for their thesis work on topics like Soil structure Interaction, Design of Multi Storied Buildings, chimneys, bunkers and Silos etc.
- Has designed many Pre-cast buildings and Pre-Fab buildings in Bangalore, Mumbai, Lonavla, Kolhapur, Tanzania, Nigeria, Mozambique etc.
- Has handled projects in highly seismic zone areas like Gujarat, Assam for many Residential and Industrial Buildings.
- Has delivered projects that are both economically feasible and technically viable and also recognised for their quality.
